I was first introduced to ceremonial cacao by my sister who lives in the Colorado Rockies...where she makes magic in the mountains and is otherwise known as 'The Belden Witch.'  (look her up on Instagram, you won't be disappointed!)

After developing a personal practice in which I connected to Cacao almost instantly, I knew I wanted to delve deeper in this ancient practice which has been made possible for us to enjoy around the world through modern means.  'Cacao' is a magical and medicinal plant that has given the world one of it's most widely known and well-loved delicacies: CHOCOLATE!  

Chocolate as we know it is highly processed and although it tastes delicious, most of it's energetic and medicinal properties have been removed.
